The right teammates are dependable, ethical, and calm under pressure. Specific requirements vary by role, but in general we look for:
- A current North Carolina bail bondsman license — or eligibility and willingness to obtain one
- Professionalism, discretion, and strong communication skills
- Reliability and availability, including some nights and weekends
- A clean, professional track record and the ability to pass required screening
- A genuine desire to help people during difficult times
